Contractor Search Funnel ("we," "us") runs contractorsearchfunnel.com. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us in the form. When you fill out our sign-up form, we collect your name, business name, and email address.
- Information you give us in chat. If you start a chat on this website, we collect what you type into it, which can include your name, email address, phone number, and your message. The chat is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel), which processes those messages for us.
- Page view counts. We use a first-party, cookie-free page-view counter that records which page was viewed and the page that referred you. It stores no personal data and cannot identify visitors across days or sites.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your request and to provide the services you ask about. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Service providers
Form submissions are stored on our own form system and sent to us by an email delivery service. These providers only handle the information needed to do that job.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number in our chat and agree to be contacted by text, we use it to reply to you about your request and to arrange calls. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our full messaging terms are in our terms of service.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to work with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
To see what we have on file about you, or to have it deleted, reply to any email from us or ask us on a call, and we'll take care of it.
Children
This website is meant for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
